In an effort to make things easier for our customers we are putting our guarantee information here.

All of our bracelets come with a 100% guarantee not to break. We use the best available elastic and are VERY confident you will not have a problem. At this time, elastic breakage is what your guarantee covers. You can expect with normal wear your bracelet will last YEARS...and given our most expensive bracelet is $12, it is an EXCELLENT investment compared to other costume jewelry companies. (i.e. Premier Jewelry, Lia Sophia, Avon or Silpada Designs)

So we can be clear the following situations/occurrences will NOT be covered under the guarantee:

1. Running over bracelet with car 2. Damage by garbage disposal 3. Excessive wear...to the point of wearing off the sterling silver plate 4.Loss of rhinestones (we do use the best available supplies, but we can not be held responsible for things we have no control over, our components are bought with the rhinestones set already, we will not guarantee other's work 5. we will NOT replace a bracelet that is not made by us (we have a couple people out there making inferior products, at this time, we can not fix their work.)

In the rare event that your bracelet breaks, please send it back to us and we will restring and send it back.
